1. General
To book, please ensure that all sections of the booking form is fully completed.
You can book by post, telephone, fax or e-mail. Our address details are on the back of the brochure or on our website: www.campingembrun.com. Once we receive the booking form you will be sent a confirmation asap, please check the details again. On payment of the deposit (see point 5) the booking is definite. We charge 10 euro administrative costs for bookings.
2. Camp site pitch
You can book a camp site pitch from any day of the week until any other day of the week, subject to availability. Bookings are from midday until the following midday. Any time outside of this will incur another full days charge.
When we receive your deposit the booking is definite and we keep your pitch available on the day of arrival until 18:00 hour. If you wish a guaranteed pitch number, it is only possible in high season for a minimal stay of 3 weeks. For a shorter stay we unfortunately can not give any guaranties. All other preferences like; shade, close to toilets, morning sun etc. we take into consideration but cannot give any guaranties. Of course we try our best to make it possible. A week before arrival you can, free of charge, let us know of changes to your booking. For changes within a week before arrival we will charge you for the originally booked days. Subject to possibilities in the planning.
3. Tent hire.
In the high season you can only hire tents per week from Saturday until Saturday. On the day of arrival the tent is available from 14:00 hour and you will have to vacate your tent by 10:00 am on the day you leave. On arrival you pay 100 euro deposit which you will receive back at the end if everything is in order. Alternatively we can deduct this from the final account. Cleaning costs are not included. When booking a tent please let us know if you require a cleaning service, cost 50 euro. Pitching pup tents with the main tent is not a problem but you will have to pay for the extra persons on the camp site. Electricity is not included, except for the light that is in the tent. For extra electricity you pay the additional charge.
4. Apartments
In the high season you can only rent the apartment per week from Saturday until Saturday. The apartment is available at 14:00 hour on the day of arrival and you will have to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on the day you leave. A deposit of 100 euro will be charged on the day of arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is in order. Alternatively we can deduct this from the final account.
Cleaning costs are not included. When booking please let us know if you require a cleaning service, cost 50 euro.
5. Payment
For the deposit, please make cheques payable to: Camping 'La Vieille Ferme' and send with completed booking form to the address given. Do not forget to mention your name and arrival date.
The deposit prices are:
Camping pitch 100 euro for the whole period
Tent hire 150 euro, per booked week
Apartment 200 euro for the booked week
Administration costs 10 euro
The rest of the payment you pay at the camp site at the end of your stay. The deposit will be deducted from your total bill with the exclusion of the administration costs. You can pay by cash, credit card or cheque. The deposit will not be refunded when you cancel your booking.
